All hat orders are custom made per order. There is no refund on hats, unless hotrodsandmusclecars determines the said hat is defective or not up to product standards. On all other merchandise a credit to the store can be issued within 10 days of the product being received, returned in original condition. The customer is to cover the return shipment fee and exchange shipping fee. A refund must be processed within 60 days from the purchase date.
