All hat orders are custom made per order. There is no refund on hats, unless Hotrodsandmusclecars, LLC determines the said hat is defective or not up to our product standards. On all other merchandise a credit to the store can be issued within 10 days of the product being received and returned in the original condition. The customer is to cover the return shipping fee and exchange shipping fee. A refund must be processed within 30 days from the purchase date. If you have any questions or concern, please email us.
